Effective December 21, 2024, Fig will begin transitioning all Fig Accounts to a new version to improve your lending experience! While you will not lose access to your account during the transition, you may notice some changes—especially when logging in.
What’s Changing?
As part of this upgrade, a new login process has been created which will no longer require a username and password. When logging in you will now receive a one-time verification code via email to access your account. This added layer of security makes logging in easier and safer.
How to Log In During the Transition
During the upgrade, there will be two login options. It’s important to choose the correct one based on the date your loan was booked:
Customer Portal 1.0: If your loan was booked before the migration date, log in using your standard username and password you have used up until this time.
Customer Portal 2.0: If your loan was booked after the migration date, select the option to log in with an email verification code.
How Do I Know Which Login Option to Choose?
When you visit the login page, you’ll see two different options. If you're unsure which one applies to you, confirm the date you received the email "Congrats! Your Fig loan is confirmed!"
If you try the email verification option and don’t receive a code, you may still be on the older version and can use your username and password instead.
