How to submit a claim

In today's unpredictable world, having insurance coverage can provide invaluable peace of mind. If you have the payment protection on your Fig loan and need to submit a claim, it's good to know the steps to take to ensure a smooth process. Here's a step-by-step on how to submit a claim:


1. Contact Trans Global Insurance:

The first step in submitting a claim is to get in touch with Trans Global Insurance. You can reach them by phone, email, or mail to initiate the claims process.

   

2. Call Trans Global Insurance:

Dial 1-844-930-6022 during their office hours, which are between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (MST). A representative will assist you with your claim and guide you through the necessary steps.

   

3. Email Trans Global Insurance:

Alternatively, you can send an email to clientcare@transglobalinsurance.ca. Provide details about your claim and any supporting documentation required. A customer care representative will respond to your email promptly.

   


4. Provide Required Information:

When contacting Trans Global Insurance, be prepared to provide all necessary information related to your claim. This may include policy details, the nature of the claim, supporting documentation, and any other relevant information requested by the insurance company.

   


Once all required information is received, claims are typically approved within 3-5 business days. Make sure to provide all required information and documentation to ensure a smooth claim process.

TGI will conduct a thorough reviews of all claims and ultimately decides whether they are approved or denied in accordance with their policies. Fig does not have the authority to approve or reject claims; this decision rests solely with TGI.
