Once your loan is booked and confirmed, Fig sends a confirmation email that includes the exact date you can expect your funds. If you don’t see this email, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
You can expect to receive your loan funds in your connected bank account within 2 full business days. The exact timing may vary slightly depending on your bank’s processing times. In most cases, funds arrive by the end of the second business day.
What If I Haven’t Received My Funds?
If two full business days have passed and the funds haven’t appeared in your bank account:
- Double-check the confirmation email for the expected deposit date
- Make sure you’re checking the correct bank account; the one linked to your Fig loan
- Submit a support ticket or email our customer support team at support@fig.ca so we can help investigate
