Need to update your Email, Phone Number and/or the Address you have on file? Contact us and we'll be able to help get your personal information updated.
You can confirm what details you have on file within your Self-Service portal by following these steps:
- Log in via my.fig.ca with your email address and password
- Click Welcome in the top right corner
- Click Profile
- Under Profile Info, you'll see the personal details on file for your account
- Note, you can also confirm the Payment Method that is on file for your loan by clicking the Payment Method tab. Need to add a payment method? Contact us
