What happens if I miss a payment?

Have you missed a payment? Need to make a manual payment to cover what's outstanding?


When a scheduled payment is missed, Fig will let you know by email that we were unsuccessful in taking payment. We do not reattempt the transaction automatically, and request that you submit a manual payment through your Fig account to make up the outstanding balance.


We encourage you to submit a payment within 3 days of missing a payment to avoid the addition of a $45 NSF fee charge to your next scheduled payment.


Here's how to pay any outstanding balances through your Fig account:


  1. Login to your Fig account
  2. Click View Details
  3. Click Make a Payment
  4. Click Pay my overdue amountThis will ensure that your account is in good standing and you are up to date on payments
  5. Click Next
  6. Review the amount being paid and select "Confirm" once you are ready to submit the payment. Funds will be withdrawn from your bank account within one business day.
