How do I change my payment method?

Need to check what payment method you're using for your loan payments? Want to change your payment method? You've come to the right place! 


You can view your Payment Information with your self-service portal via my.fig.ca under the Summary section. This is where you can change your payment method as well! Here are the steps: 


  1. Log into your Fig account here: https://my.fig.ca
  2. Click View Details
  3. Under Summary, scroll to the Payment Information section
  4. Here you can click Change Account
  5. A pop-up will appear where you can connect your new account through our secure bank connection partner, Flinks
  6. Search for your financial institution and enter in your login credentials. These are the same credentials you use to login to your online banking portal
  7. Select the account you'd like to connect (e.g. Chequing or Savings) and click Continue
  8. Next, a pop-up will appear where you can agree to your new Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Agreement and Confirm the changes  

Your new PAD Agreement will be available to download from the Summary section within your Fig account.
