I can't log into my self-serve portal

We're here to help get you logged into your self-serve portal. First, we'll want to make sure you're using the correct email address and password. Here are a few suggestions to try that will help narrow down what might be causing the issue:


  • Disable your web browser's autofill to ensure your browser is not populating incorrect login details


  • Click on the "I forgot my password" button on the sign-in page (my.fig.ca), and enter your email; the email will only send if the email address matches an account on file


  • If you haven't received a password reset email within 15 minutes, please check your Junk or Spam folder, as it may have been redirected there by your email provider.


  • If you attempt to log in unsuccessfully multiple times, you may be temporarily restricted from logging into your profile. In this case, please wait 30 minutes before attempting a login, or contact us at support@fig.ca.


  • If you still haven't received the password reset email or continue to experience difficulties logging in, don't worry. Just reach out to our support team at support@fig.ca, and we'll be happy to help you out.
