How do I create my account?

Your loan is confirmed! Let's make sure you're all set with your self-serve portal. This will be your go-to spot to check your loan balance, payments, and much more! 


When your loan is confirmed, you'll see this screen: 


You'll also receive two emails from Fig:

  1. An email with the subject: "Your loan with Fig is confirmed!"
  2. An email with the subject: "Set up your Fig Account" 


Within the "Set up your Fig Account" email, there will be a link where you can create a password for your self-serve portal. Once a password has been created, you'll be able to log in either via my.fig.ca or by clicking the login button on our website at fig.ca


I didn't receive these emails from Fig. What do I do?

  1. Be sure to check your junk and spam folders. If the emails did end up in junk or spam, be sure to add support@fig.ca to your safe sender list
  2. These emails are sent from support@fig.ca. Try searching this email in your inbox 
  3. Contact Fig Support if you're still not seeing the emails after following steps 1 and 2
