How do I view my loan payments?

Depending on your banking institution, it can take up to 3 business days for your payment to be withdrawn from your connected bank account.

You can take a look at the payments you've made in a few different places within your self-serve portal. 

Summary

The Summary section of your self-serve portal will allow you to see your Next Payment amount and date, as well as your total loan amount and total balance:

Total Monthly Payments

The Total Monthly Payments section will show you a list of all upcoming monthly payment dates, along with the Principal Due, Interest Due, Total and your Remaining Balance after each payment:

1. Login via my.fig.ca with your email and password
2. Click View Details under the loan you’d like to view
3. Click Total Monthly Payments

History

The History section allows you to see a list of payments that have been made, including the payment type, date and the amount.
